Synopsis:
The TV show was based on the films, comprising 26 hour long episodes.  This is a brand new class of screw-ups at the police academy. Each episode they face danger and try not to let their stupidity get in the way as they fight crime, most times without even knowing it.

Michael Winslow reprised his role from the films, the only cast member from the films to have a recurring role on the show, although several others made occasional guest appearances.
